Has anyone regretted explanting? I had my 10-year old (right one ruptured) silicone breast implants removed last year. I had a lift at that time. Although my breasts are perky, they are TINY. I'm tempted to schedule an appointment with my PS and ask about re-implanting. I just don't know if I would have a good result since I didn't replace them when I had the old ones removed and there may be more scar tissue now? Ugh.
