Does anyone know a revision surgeon that can help me look more ethnic again?

Basically I had a rhinoplasty and the surgeon did whatever he wanted. He did an alarplasty without telling me before. I didn’t want my columella to show and now it does and my tip is too short. I didn’t mind my face from the front before I just wanted the hump reduced. I want my longer nose back. I know most will say a shorter tip is better but I want some of it back. I feel like my nostril to tip transition was more natural before. Now my nostrils are shaped weird, asymmetrical and too small.
