Thoughts/advice on implant exchange planned?

Implants are 15 years old in August. April I am having a TT and am contemplating exchanging them at the same time. I love my boobs! Zero regret since surgery. Throughout years and now I have asked 3 dif PS if they need to be replaced. All said NO. My thoughts are 'I should get them replaced it's been 14 years' and I really want the gummy bears (I have saline now) Any thoughts all? I am also thinking I want them more full. Not so much bigger (30G now) just fuller. Does that make sense? Thoughts?
