Does vaginoplasty change vaginal wall texture?

Hi there! I am a mother of two toddlers, married, 24 years old and experiencing some laxity and lack of friction during sex. It has been causing problems in my marriage. I am strongly considering vaginoplasty in the state of Maryland or Virginia. I am already saving up money. I am curious though, does vaginoplasty remove the texture and ridges from your vaginal canal? Will it leave my vagina smooth on the inside? This would be an undesirable effect of the surgery for me, but it’s not a deal breaker as long as the surgery provides significant results. Feel free to recommend a surgeon. I do not plan to have more children. Thanks!
