Is my vaginoplasty recovery progressing or a concern?

I am at the 2.5-week post-op mark for vaginoplasty and I am concerned about the way my skin is healing. Right after the procedure, I fainted and fell in a way that my legs spread open temporarily. The stitches on the outside remained seemingly tight and unharmed. I took care of the area (i.e. dried the area after showering, applied copper cream 2-3 times daily, took arnica/bromelain, and limited walking) as instructed. I may have done more walking during the second week than I should have- no hikes, but going up/down stairs and regular paced walking.

The first photo is 6 days post op and my vagina looked normal. Since then, the exterior stitches dissolved. I am still spotting (sometimes there would be a large amount of vivid red blood/chunks of blood) and there is sometimes a sharp or burning pain in my vagina or (what feels like its coming from) anus. I only touch the area lightly to apply the CU cream and never poke or prod. The second photo is from today- I am concerned that the skin in the circled area is supposed to be closed and the stitches that held those two sides may have dissolved too early.
