Is Vaser Lipo effective for loose skin?

Scheduled with Dr Lagrasso (Miami Florida) on April 1st. 2019. 14 areas of Vaser Lipo, and BBL transfer. I will have vaser lipo of the body including the arms. Has anyone had this procedure done especially on the arms? I have flabby arms and am concerned that vaser lipo may not be effective. Please some feed back would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
