Hello all, I am having liposuction of the abdomen and flanks. I was reading through my paperwork and came across a "no wigs," bullet point. I get my lace front wig sewn to my head (after cutting the combs out). So it is kind of like a sew in weave. Do I have to remove this before my procedure? I ask because I recently got my hair done like this and it was slightly expensive.
