Cannot have sex 8 weeks post labiaplasty due to the vagina opening being incredibly small

I had a wedge labiaplasty 8 weeks ago and still cannot have sex. It is not due to having pain with intercourse. It is due to the vagina opening being incredibly small now. Advise?
