Yale cosmetic and plastic surgery

Wondering if there are people who have recieved a consultation by residence through Yale's residency program. I believe they offer reduced rates because it is a teaching hospital. I interested in getting a consult for arm liposuction. Anyone know anymore information about this or heard good things?
