Hello, I had breast implants placed in 2017 which were in perfect condition and then I had a donut breast lift in Colombia. I then had a pregnancy. I breastfed for 8 months and then after losing weight I noticed my left breast implant was having a "waterfall effect". Went to a local PS who said it was capsular contracture and so we did a capsulectomy. Shortly after that, my left breast implant seemed to drop down considerably. 6 months later doctor agreed to do a capsulorrhaphy to try to lift the implant back up into place. It looked good for a few weeks, maybe a month and a half and then right back down. What has happened? All of a sudden the only way to fix this is apparently a full breast lift.
