I’m about 16 days post-op from my BA (Motiva Ergonomix Demi, 380cc L / 360cc R, subfascial placement, ). Healing has been smooth, results look beautiful and natural. My surgeon did an amazing job.
That said, I can’t shake the thought that I wish they were just a bit bigger. I know this is a really common feeling, and I’m trying to figure out if revision is something that’s ever “worth it” just to size up.
- Is there a certain cc increase that makes revision worthwhile (e.g., 30cc won’t be noticeable, but 75–100cc might)?
- For subfascial placement, is there typically a “max” safe size before risks like rippling, bottoming out, or visible edges increase?
- Would going from 380cc to 450cc make a visible difference on my frame (I’m 5’9”, athletic, 148 lbs, breast width 12.5cm)?
- How often do people revise just to go bigger, and are the outcomes usually positive? Or do many regret putting their body through surgery again for something that ends up subtle?
- Is revision riskier than the first surgery, or is it fairly straightforward if it’s only for size increase?
- For those who’ve revised, what was your experience like — did you feel it was worth it?
I love how pretty and natural mine look now and I feel grateful… but I also can’t stop wondering “what if.” Hoping for some honest advice and perspectives from both sides so I can make a more informed decision (or learn to embrace what I have
