I have smooth round Mentor cohesive gel implants that were put in March of 2013. October 17th 2013, I had a capsulorrhaphy procedure for double bubble on both breasts. This did not work so now my PS wants to trade out the original implants and switch them to a textured one. Please help if anyone has any experience with this. My preop size was a 34 C (nursed three kiddos, so they drooped) post op size is 34 DDD (did not want this big, but that was the only option to get upper pole fullness and avoid a lift.
