Is this not a bad result?? I got my breast augmentation done early may. I did preserve breast augmentation with 275cc motiva ergo full profile. At my consult my surgeon said I didn’t need a lift at all, that the preserve technique would be perfect to give me that lifted effect and that the ergonomix would be a great choice for me. She assessed my breasts completely with measurements and that was her surgical plan. At 1 month post op I loved my breasts! They had a natural slope but still had fullness and the edges were round. It was perfect! Well fast forward now to 3 months post op I feel like my breasts are saggy and empty. My problem areas: zero upper pole, the slope is not “natural” it is non existent and goes from FLAT to IMPLANT, the inner cleavage edges are FLAT and STRAIGHT there is no nice full roundness like you would expect with an implant, the bottom half of my breasts look saggy and full while the top is completely empty, and in the inner cleavage it is so empty that there are indents/divets at the top base of the cleavage. I am so disappointed. What could have been done to get a better outcome?? Should I have had a lift? I feel like she should have recommended a round implant and not pushed preserve and ergos so much. I want these fixed so badly! If I were a surgeon I wouldn’t want to showcase these on my before and after as tbh cuz they literally look like “pre boob job” breasts
