Experience on 'preserve' over muscle placement with Motiva implant?

Hi All -

I would so welcome advice from anyone who has had a BA implant over the muscle, what my surgeon is calling a 'preserve' technique, which makes a small incision and creates a tissue expansion for the implant, without any muscle overlap.

I am a very small chested and quite thin person but am taller (5' 7") and not a narrow frame. I've been encouraged to go bigger than I planned, because of my frame but my main concern is the long-term potential for movement of the implant, as I am quite devoted to yoga. All my research suggests dual plane or sub facia is the best placement but my reputable surgeon is encouraging me to stay above the muscle (which I know has better recovery). The suggested implant is the motiva eregonomics 2 in the teardrop shape, as I want a very natural look.

Is anyone a few years out from an over the muscle BA surgery and a frequent yoga practitioner? How has your experience been?
