Hi everyone,
I’m in my 30s and had 1 vial of Sculptra about 7 months ago to restore facial volume. Overall, I do appreciate the added fullness in my face.
However... Since the treatment, my nasolabial folds (smile lines) have actually become more prominent, almost as if the extra volume in my cheeks is weighing down into the folds instead of lifting them. My face feels heavier in the mid-cheek area and the lines look deeper than before.
I’m wondering if anyone else experienced this effect and if so:
• Did your smile lines look worse before they looked better?
• Did things soften or improve with more time?
• Did you eventually feel like you returned closer to your baseline?
• Were there any safe ways you addressed increased nasolabial folds after Sculptra?
I’d really appreciate hearing real experiences — whether you waited it out or found a gentle way to improve the heaviness. Thank you so much in advance for sharing.
