Has anyone sued Sculptra or the doctor who injected it?

Sculptra frequently causes permanent, hideous lumps (much worse than granulomas) and Dermik, the company that makes it, is well aware of it. Why then, are there no warnings about this common occurrence in any of their literature or on their website. I'm fuming about this
