Hi everyone, I’m looking for input from anyone with Sculptra experience. I received 1 vial of Sculptra on January 17, 2025, so I’m now 4 months post-injection.
Areas treated:
Upper cheeks (cheekbones) with a little subsicion to treat my acne scars (very few)
back of my jawline)
I started noticing volume around 3 weeks in (early February), and since then, I’ve had phases of puffiness and facial tightness—especially during weight loss. Now I’m wondering when I’ll start to see the collagen effects soften and my natural proportions return.
My main questions:
When do you usually see volume start to fade (especially in leaner patients)?
Do areas like cheekbones or jawline hold longer?
I am tired of looking int he mirror and not seeing myself.
