My surgeon said I would need to take my nipple piercings out 1 week before surgery and leave them out for 2 weeks after. By the time I'll get my surgery my piercings will have been in for a little under a year (maybe 8-9 months).
Did you experience any type of complications with the actual piercing closing, or difficulty putting the jewelry back in? Did putting the jewelry back in feel uncomfortable during the healing process? I'm nervous I'm going to lose my piercings after my BA.
