Has anyone had Sculptra after a BBL?

Hello RS community

I thought I posted this already but I cannot seem to find it now. Anyway, I had BBL about 10 years ago and although Im very pleased with my results, I have always noticed that one side looks different then the other. The right cheek is not as high as the left. Just wondering if anyone knows if sculptra can address this? I dont want to go under for another BBL and furthermore I do not have that much fat anymore. Any feedback is appreciated
